Carmen Talesfore - Principal
Carmen entered the workforce as an administrative assistant
for an insurance brokerage firm in San Jose, Ca. She rapidly worked her way from
“admin” to commercial lines underwriter as one of the youngest employees to ever reach that position. At age 28, Carmen met her current husband, Dan, who
convinced her to join the sales staff of his insurance brokerage firm. Carmen’s
first year in sales earned her the “agent of the year” award for a national
property and casualty company for the entire state of California. Her second
year in insurance sales, she was the number one “rookie” agent in the nation.
After an extremely successful insurance career, Carmen made not only a life
change, but a career change, too. Having always been attracted to the
“staffing” industry, Carmen took advantage of an opportunity to join a 25 year
old Sacramento staffing firm as an account representative in 1994. Spanning
nine years of service with that firm as an account representative, Carmen single
handedly increased their production and client base by more than 400%. As
always, Carmen’s emphasis was, and is on quality of service. In 2003, Carmen and
her husband Dan founded “Talesfore Employment Services” Others in the industry
consider her as probably the “best in the business”. Carmen offers the same
level of service to all of her clients which include national corporations with
thousands of employees to the “two employee start-up”. After more than 13 years
in the industry, Carmen is proud of the fact that she has never lost a Client.
Talesfore Employment Services provides for most every type of industry other
than medical personnel, such as doctors, nurses and their assistants. Carmen’s
team has staffed from 1 to more than 100 employees at any particular company
which includes a myriad of industries.
