What does it cost me to register with Talesfore?

Our applicants are not charged any fees.  Talesfore Employment Services is compensated by our client companies who receive the talented employees they need to be successful.

How long will it take Talesfore to find me a job?

Talesfore Employment Services makes every effort to place qualified candidates into an appropriate position based on the candidate’s skills and abilities.  If you have the skills for an available position we will work with you to give you the best opportunity of getting the job.

Will I be drug tested?

Many of our client companies require drug and background tests before offering employment.

Who pays me, and when do I get paid?

During your probationary period with our client companies you will be paid by our agency.  Pay day is every Friday.

How long does it take to register with Talesfore Employment Services?

It depends on the position for which you are applying.  Clerical positions should plan on at least two hours and light industrial positions should allow one hour for the interview process.

What do I need for identification?

You need to bring in two forms of identification to register with Talesfore Employment Services.  You need either a driver’s license or state issued ID card, and a birth certificate or social security card.  You may also bring in a valid United States Passport which will count as both identifications.

Will I have to take any tests when I register at Talesfore Employment?

Yes!  Our client companies require that all applicants go through testing.  The actual tests that you take vary depending on the type of position you are applying for.  The tests include both written and computer examinations.
