Talesfore Employment Services is managing a RFP  for the operation of a Supplier Clearinghouse for  the California Joint Utilities (JU).  The primary objective of this effort is to select a vendor to manage and operate a Clearinghouse of woman-, minority- and service disabled veteran-owned suppliers for the JU subject to the California Public Utilities Commission's (CPUC) General Order 156.

SCOPE OF WORK

• To verify WMBE (Woman Minority Business Enterprise) eligibility for JU diversity programs
• To certify those WMBEs that meet Public Utility Commission criteria under General Order 156.
• To maintain a database of certified WMBE businesses
